Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Rune + Altar, you (the "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not complete your purchase.

2. Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order, Rune + Altar will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. 

3. Product Availability
All products listed on our website or catalog are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded or applied to an alternative product, as agreed.

4. Preorders 

Preorders are made to order and, as such, are non-refundable once the order is placed. However, if the items in the preorder exceed their expected turnaround time, the Buyer will be eligible for a full refund. Turn around time can be found within each listing.

5. Ready to ship

Ready to ship items have a 7-14 business day turn around time. 

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed within 7-14  business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. Spellbound Soles is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. These costs will be displayed during checkout before you finalize the purchase.

8. Risk of Loss
Once your product has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 1 day of receipt.

9. Returns & Refunds

Rune + Altar does not accept returns; however, we do accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee, which will be communicated at the time of the exchange request.

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged. In such cases, the Buyer must notify Rune + Altar within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
